Location Finder Follow

The Location Finder is used to help locate and open the IC Location Maintenance window for a specific location in order to view or edit its details.

After specifying the criteria in the fields above and clicking the Find Now button, use the following table to help understand the data shown in the grid.

 

Column Description

Location ID Displays abbreviated ID or code for this IC Location.

Description Displays the full title or description of this IC Location.

Branch ID Displays the Branch ID of the branch that owns this IC Location.

 

Scroll down the list to the record(s) needed, highlight it (them), and then select one of the following options:

      Click the Edit Location button to go to the IC Location Maintenance window to edit the highlighted record.

      Click the Create New Location to add a location record.

      Click the Export to Excel to export the grid to a MS Excel Spreadsheet.

      Click Print List to Print a Finder List or generate a Customized Finder List.

      Click the Delete Location(s) button to delete the highlighted records.

 

Search Criteria

Location ID - In the Location ID field, enter the abbreviated name for the inventory control location.

Description - In the Description field, enter a likely description for the inventory control location.

Branch ID - In the Branch ID field, enter the abbreviated name for the branch associated with the location.
