The Branch Finder is used to help locate and open the Branch Maintenance window for a specific Branch in order to view or edit its details.
After specifying the search criteria in the fields above and clicking the Find Now button, use the following table to help understand the data shown in the grid.
Branch ID Displays abbreviated ID or code for this Branch.
Branch Displays the full title or description of this Branch.
Address Displays the Address where this Branch is located.
City Displays the City where this Branch is located.
State Displays the State where this Branch is located.
Zip Code Displays the Zip Code where this Branch is located.
Phone Displays the Phone Number of this Branch.
Scroll down the list to find the record(s), highlight it (them), and then select one of the following options:
� Click the Edit Branch button to go to the window the Branch Maintenance to edit the highlighted record.
� Click the Create New Branch button to add a new branch record.
� Click the Export to Excel button to export the grid to a MS Excel spreadsheet.
� Click Print List to Print a Finder List or generate a Customized Finder List.
� Click the Delete Branch(s) button to delete the highlighted records.
Branch ID - In the Branch ID field, enter the abbreviated name of the branch. Note: Even typing in the first few letters will display a list of like Branch IDs in the Branch Finder grid.
Branch Name - In the Branch Name field, enter the full name of the branch.
Phone - In the Phone field, enter the primary phone number of the branch.
Address - In the Address field, enter the address of the branch.
City - In the City field, enter the city of the branch.
State - In the State field, enter the state of the branch.
Zip Code - In the Zip Code field, enter the zip code of the branch.
Status - In the Status field, use the drop-down menu to select the status (e.g., Active, Inactive, or All) of the branch sought.
Service Area City - In the City field, enter the City name of the service area.
Service Area State - In the State field, enter the State of the service area.
Service Area Zip Code - In the Zip Code field, enter the Zip Code of the service area.
