You can also insert the cursor on a blank line in the order entry grid, right-click with your mouse, and then select NAGS Catalog {F11} from the menu.

If the auto glass product(s) you select come with sub-products, the main parent item is displayed in bold type and the sub-products or child items, such as required kits (adhesives) or labor needed to install the main parent part(s), are displayed in italicized type. Note: These parent/child line relationships only occur when you select parts from the NAGS Catalog, not when you enter them on the order as individual line items.

For details on auto glass selection and line item display, see the Auto Glass Product Lookup instructions.

To order flat glass or other parts, select the Product Lookup {F12} button.

To order a miscellaneous or non-existing item, type the name of it on a blank line under the Description column. The word MISC appears under the Item column. Insert the correct List Price and Discount %. The rest of the line fills in automatically.

To enter an auto or flat glass part directly, type the part number in a field under the Item column. The rest of the line fills in automatically.

If you enter an incorrect part number on an auto glass quote, a message indicates that the part number you entered was not found and displays a list of parts with similar part numbers. Select the correct part, then the Select button to add it to your order.
