If you are a customer using EDI, and are receiving the follow error message while trying to send or receive your EDI:
Please download, unzip, and run the file called "IPWorksWin10" below. This will create a registry entry that will allow GlasPacLX to continue to connect to the EDI FTP Server. This is a zip file you need to unzip, then run the included .reg file.
Steps to install the Reg File:
After you download the zip file, unzip it. To do this, right-click on the zip file and click on Extract All...:
Pick a place to put the new file:
Click on Extract, then go the directory where it unzipped and you'll see the .reg file in the folder:
Double click on this file, and you'll see this message appear:
Click on Yes to install the new registry entry.
You will then see a notification that the Keys and Values where successfully added to the registry:
Click OK to close this message.
You should now be able to send and receive your EDI batches.
Please Note: This update should work for Windows 7 Pro, 8 Pro, 8.1 Pro, and 10 Pro.
