LX Mobile and Messaging Settings
Use the LX Mobile and Messaging Settings in the Configuration Settings Explorer to activate different features dealing with LX Mobile and Messaging.
1. From the GlasPac®LX menu bar, select Company and Settings… to open the Configuration Settings explorer. Then maximize the Application Settings section in the explorer and select LX Mobile Messaging Settings.
2. Select the checkboxes of the features and behavior you want to activate in GlasPac®LX.
3. When finished, select the Save button to activate your selected features.
LX Mobile Settings:
Enabled - Check this box to turn on LX Mobile. Work with GTS Support to get an LX Mobile account setup before enabling this option.
Administrator Password - This is the admin password that GlasPacLX will use to communicate with the LX Mobile platform.
Mobile Receipt "From" Email Address - Receipts emailed from LX Mobile when orders are completed will use this setting as the from address.
Include In-Shop orders - If this box is checked, workorders with an installation type of In-Shop will be sent to mobile devices. Otherwise, only Mobile and Delivery workorders will be sent.
Third Party Messaging Settings:
Enabled - Check this box to turn on third party messaging. Work with GTS Support to get a messaging account setup before enabling this option.
Messaging Key - Enter the key value that will identify your account with the third party messaging provider.
Messaging ID - This is a readonly field displaying your unique messaging ID.
