The Vendor Finder is used to help locate and open the Vendor Maintenance window for a specific vendor in order to view or edit its details.
After specifying the search criteria in the fields above and clicking the Find Now button, use the following table to help understand the data shown in the grid.
Vendor ID - Displays abbreviated ID or code for this vendor.
Description - Displays the full title or description of this vendor.
Contact - Displays the name of an associate or contact working for this vendor.
Phone - Displays the primary phone number of this vendor.
Note - Displays information pertaining to this vendor beyond the above categories.
Scroll down the list find find the record(s), highlight it (them), and then select one of the following options:
· Click the Edit Vendor button to go to the Vendor Maintenance window to edit the highlighted record.
· Click the Create New Vendor button to add a new vendor.
· Click the Delete Vendor(s) button to delete the highlighted records.
