Touchpoint (messaging) - Order Status Updates Follow

Two status flags are added to the General Info Tab and the Daily Scheduler.

  1. If the part is incorrect or damaged prior to the tech getting on-site, select Issue with Part. When this option is selected, the customer will be messaged that they will be called.
  2. If the order is not complete-able for any reason, select the Cannot Complete option. When this is selected the customer will receive a message that they will be contacted.
