Touchpoint - Contact Preference Follow

You can select a contact preference during order entry on the ECI screen or the Customer tab.

  1. By default the messaging preference is none/blank.
  2. Select email, text, or call to fill in a value.
    • Email sends emails to the email address entered for the customer.
    • Text sends text messages to the primary phone for the customer.
    • Call does not automatically message the customer. Select this option if the customer would like to be called with order updates.
