Why aren't my attachments displayed in the list when I add them? Follow

Overview

This article covers the issue when the attachment button has been used on an order, the document has been selected, but then the document does not list in the attachment window.

 

Cause

Parts of the GlasPacLX Attachment feature require Administrative rights.  In order to attach files, the GlasPacLX application must be run as an Administrator

 

Solution

  • Close GlasPacLX.
  • Right-click the GlasPacLX icon on your desktop, and select Properties

  • Click on the Compatibility tab

  • Select the "Run this program as an administrator" option
  • Click the "Change settings for all users" button
  • Click OK to apply your changes
