How do I use the Chat feature? Follow


GTS Support has a new Chat feature to allow you to communicate with a support tech in real time without making a phone call.


Initiating a Chat Request

Open the GTS Support website at  At the bottom right of the screen, you will see the Chat request tab.


Click on the tab, and you will be asked to "Introduce yourself".  Enter your name and email, along with your message for the support technician.  You may also enter your phone number if you want.  Click the Start Chatting button to initiate the chat request.

An available technician will answer your chat request as soon as they are available.  If a technician is not available, you can leave a message for them to contact you.
