What is a Duplicate IC Configuration record? Follow


After upgrading to the latest version of GlasPac LX, you may see an error when opening GlasPac that reads “Duplicate IC configuration records detected.  Go to IC Configuration to confirm settings”.



To address this, you will need to confirm that the IC Configuration settings appear to be set up correctly.

Access the IC Configuration settings by going to Inventory > IC Configuration.

In the IC configuration window, verify that all the settings appear correct. Once you have, click on Save.

The duplicate record will be removed and the error should no longer appear. If the error occurs again, please contact support at your earliest convenience.
