At GTS we try to make sure that you have access to your GTS Online server any time that you need it. To ensure that you are aware of any issues with Service Availability, we have been posting updates to the https://support.gtsservices.com website.
You can be automatically updated when the status updates are changed by "Following" the GTS Online Status, and/or the GLAXIS Status articles.
- Open the GTS Help Center website
- Click the Sign in button, and enter the email address and password you used to create your support account.
Note: If you don't have an account, click the Sign up link, and if you don't remember your password, click the Forgot my password link.
- Select either the GTS Online Status article or the GLAXIS Status article to open it.
- Click the Follow button at the right of the article's title.
Note: If you don't see the Follow button, make sure you have logged on. The system uses the email address on your support account to send you updates.
Note: You can Follow as many articles as you want. Any time there are changes made to those articles, you will receive an email update.
