GTS ONLINE STATUS – Normal Operations Follow

There are intermittent issues dialing our 800.209.2369 (main) and 800.563.8555 (support) numbers. Customers are advised they can call 503.684.5066 or 503.968.4799 respectively as alternative toll call routes to our main sales and support numbers.  We are working with our carrier to resolve the issue with the toll free numbers.

Services have been restored.  We will report on the reason for outage after we receive further information from our vendor and complete an internal review.  We appreciate your patience and apologize for this interruption of service.

We are continuing work with our carrier/vendor to resolve this network issue.  No ETA is yet available.  We will provide updates as soon as available.

We are currently experiencing a communications outage between our Hillsboro, OR and Salt Lake City, UT data centers.  Customers hosted in our Salt Lake City facility are experiencing impacts to LXMobile and EDI communications. We will report back when we have an estimated resolution time.  We apologize for the impact.

GTS office phones and Internet service are being impacted by a major carrier outage today.  Customers may be unable to reach GTS Support or other departments and customer support services may be delayed.  An impending carrier outage (to resolve the issues) is anticipated within the next few minutes and may last as long as 60 minutes.  GTS Online services are not impacted by this outage beyond the impact to our customer support group.  We apologize for any delays in service resulting from this outage.

Accelerated Payments has indicated that XCharge services are restored.

We have received reports of an outage with Accelerated Payments (Global Payments) that is impacting the ability of customers accept payments via the XCharge interface. This is an outage external to GTS Services.   We will update this page when we have more information.
