How do I report an error or problem to Development? Follow

Please use the attached form to report any GTS Product issues.  

If you believe you have found a bug, download and fill out the attached template.  Attach the completed template to your ticket and follow your escalation procedure to the appropriate Person.  The responsible party will add the bug into VSO and prioritize it as necessary.  If you have any questions on the form, contact a Tier 2 technician, your manager, or the Business Analyst.
