This process can be used to reset the password for the Windows logon for a GTS Online user account.
First, verify that you are speaking with an Authorized user. DO NOT reset an account password for someone calling in who is not on the Authorized list in SalesLogix.
Open the following internal web page:
- Type the user's account in the User Name field
- Enter a secure password in the New Password field
- Retype the password in the Confirm New field
- Click the Do It button to complete the process
