Errors in GlasPacLX Email Follow

Verify that you have the correct SMTP ports assigned for the following:

  • Yahoo:  465
  • Gmail:  587

 

Protocol Proxy issue (i.e.) 530.7.0:

Authentication required 5.5.1 or 5.7.1 (password)

This is caused by a recent change in credentials on the SMTP email provider side (password)

 

Configured correctly, but will not send email, and no proxy error:

Verify port setting for SMTP – Google SMTP settings for email provider and use that port number

 

Body of email reads FALSE

Needs scripts to be run

 

Email is working in the Test under Company>Settings, but does not send the emails out for orders

Check to see Branch printer override was setup – set to NONE
