How do I reset my GlasPac LX user password? Follow

Overview

In order to reset a GlasPac LX (LX) user password, an LX Administrator or GTS Support Technician must log on to your GlasPac LX software.

Administrator tasks

  • Click on Company > Security Users
  • Select a User ID from the list, and click the Edit User button
  • Click the Clear Password button
  • Answer Yes to the question box that appears
  • Click OK once the "password was cleared" message appears
  • Click the Save button to exit from editing the user

User tasks

  • You should now log in with your User ID
  • Click OK when the "You must change your password before continuing" message appears
  •  Type the password in both the New Password and Retype New Password fields
  • Click Save to complete the process and log in
