Why is the Okidata 320 Turbo printer printing data in the wrong locations? Follow

Issue:

After a GlasPac LX upgrade, the Okidata 320 Turbo printer now prints data in the wrong locations on the form.

Resolution:

  1. In GlasPac LX, open Company > Settings, and under Personal Settings, select Auto Glass Printers. 
  2. Click on Workorders, and change the Form/Paper Type from Auto/Flat to Standard. 
  3. Save your settings.
  4. Re-open Company > Settings, and change the Workorder Form/Paper Type back to Auto/Flat.
  5. Save you settings again.
  6. Print a Workorder to test.  The printer should now be printing correctly.
