Managing ShoreTel Phone Extensions Follow

Log into ShoreWare director as yourself with your voicemail username/password .


Click on Users > Individual Users

Find the old user's name and click on it.

Change the First Name and Last Name

Change the Client user ID to First Name / Last initial

Change the Client password to "changeme"

Change the Voice Mail Password to "1111".  Check must change on next login.

Verify that the MAC address on the phone matches the phone at the desk of the new individual.

Change the email address and conference bridge User ID to current email address.

Confirm User Group is set to "Staff"

Check the Save button
