Emailing from the Support mailbox Follow


When sending correspondence to customers, technicians may not want to use their business e-mail.  In these cases, the email may be used.


To begin, open the Support mailbox and click on inbox.

Start an email by clicking on the New button.

Verify that the From: field is available.  If it is not, click on the Options tab at the top of the screen, then click the Show From button.

The From: field will now display above the To: field

On the From: field, enter  If this is not entered, the technician email address will show as the sender.

Complete the email as normal, and click send.
