Why does the ComApp Service start with the wrong date format? Follow

While the controller starts with the user's local date format, the service uses the system local date format for starting the service.  This can cause the service to show up in the controller app with the wrong date format, and prevent dispatches from properly being received.

The server's default local date format needs to be US before dispatches can be received properly.

Make sure you check "Apply to all accounts and default user account" before hitting OK.
