Where do I find customer EDI information? Follow

  1. In SalesLogix, click the EDI button on the ticket window. Copy the Payee ID number.
  2. Open Gemini tool, click Invoice Research if you have invoice number or claim number, click Batch Research if you have batch number. Paste the payee id number in the Partner ID spot in this window.
  3. Enter an * before the invoice numbers to do a lookup.
  4. Enter a batch number if you have it.
  5. When something is found, click the first number to get detail. There is a response from the insurance company which you can relay to the customer.

NOTE: If the customer does not EDI every day, they should receive before sending/receiving invoices. You can see the send/receive by clicking the EDI menu on the GlasPacLX menu bar.
